2011 緑島 平和 対話. 本稿は台湾緑島の白色テロ 1949 1987 記念博物館の展示物、及び高雄市戦争と平和記念公園のテーマ館を通し、日台間の文化的記憶現象を探求しようと試みたものである。 日本が台湾を殖民統治した時代 1895 1945 に成長した世代は、第2次世界大戦の前後に跨り、当代の平和意識と過去の文化的記憶とが、記念館の場を借りて深刻な対話を生み出している。 台湾では台北228記念館 1997 、緑島人権文化園区 2001、台東 、二二八国家記念館 2007.02.28、台北 、景美人権文化園区 2007.12.10、台北 等が既に設置されてある。 国際社会に於いては、 平和 、 人権 のコンセプトを博物館運営の核心とする機構が3つ存在している。 各国の記念館が国際交流を行うに際しては、互いに 平和 、 人権 のコンセプトを交差点及びコンセンサスとして、教育の目的を達成しようとしている。 台湾は戦後、日本の植民地統治から脱却できたものの、一個の独立国として 脱植民地化 の社会的作業工程を進めたのではなく、果ては、戦後の台湾は 再植民地化 の状態を経験したとする論者さえも現れている。
