Follow Me on Twitter. Friend Me on Facebook. Saturday, August 25, 2012. Timberman 70.3 Race Report. I arrived in New Hampshire four days before race day and had plenty of time to relax on the beach with my nieces and nephews. There were many walks on the beach with my mom. It was great to swim in the Atlantic Ocean and hang out before the race. They love Muscle Milk). As we waited for transition to open I donned the wetsuit and got in the 72 degree water – it was so clear, and I could see the bottom.

Tuesday, May 8, 2007. Colorado Marathon - Ft. Collins, CO. Low 40’s. Absolutely beautiful morning! The sun rose to totally illuminate the canyon just in time for a 6:15am start. Other than the physical side-effects, Dave and I had an amazing experience. Our times were less than stellar, but even a poor time could not diminish the beautiful course scenery and the lively nights spent in Ft. Collins. Tuesday, May 1, 2007. Wednesday, September 26, 2007. Friday, September 21, 2007. Landis got screwed by the system. I have so much to say about this I could not possibly type fast enough. BUT I will say this:. This is a system where he was judged by three arbitrators. One selected by the prosecution; one selected by Landis. But only from a list approved by the prosecutor, and a third, selected by those two arbitrators. HOW IS THAT A FAIR SYSTEM? So tell me this: If the errors would not stand in the future why would. I was exci...

Wednesday, October 31, 2007. Marine Corps Marathon - OOH RAH! Marine Corps was the best possible way to end my 2007 race season, which started two weeks after the first of the year. So its less like a “season” and more like a “race year.” In any event, Marine Corps exceeded my expectations in every way possible. Speaking of support, much like Ocean Drive, Dave and I set off on a plan and executed it brilliantly. We ran the entire race together, at a steady pace finishing with our halves being within ...
