We ventured out to Washington "Wash" Park today for a McDonald's picnic. It was was nice sitting in the shade while we ate, but then we started walking and boy was it hot! We finally got to really try out the new camera, so here are some shots from today. Monday, August 17, 2009. My last midwife appt went great! I was measuring 24 weeks and her heart rate was in the 140s.

I really wanted to to skate since I hadn't been since junior high or high school, but since I had just given birth, it probably wasn't such a good idea. :) They had special skates with the wheels locked a bit so they didn't spin as easily.
