I would have to say it has been awhile since any of this land has been farmed :). Part of the Trout Lodge. On our way to see some wildlife! Two beauties on a bench! Can you see the MOOSE! I loved these little bushes too! A HUGE moose and his elk friend. I do believe the sun was a little bright :). My favorite trees :). Elk, deer, or mosse run is was pretty high on the tree.

Jake's favorite perch :) He is looking out the window at 2 of his favorite things.daddy and a big ole tractor :). Can you see the kitty in the tree! That is the house cat.he loves to play outside :). Jake and Daddy:) ). I FINALLY got some good pics of Cedric.all dressed up for his FFA banquet (and I tied the tie my first time ;). Sandbox time.and I was really suprised that Jake did NOT eat the sand :).

As a kid growing up I had some really good neighbors.One of them was Ilah Hart.she passed away last fall. This past weekend they had an auction selling her home, memories, stuff, and treasures.and I was lucky enough to place the winning bid on this beautiful buffet.I love it and will think of my "grandma next door" everytime I look at it :). The past few days have been mentally and emotionally draining, but spiritually revitalizing. That's what happens when you rely on Jesus to lead the way, day by day. And sometimes he uses kids to bring a bit more light into the dusk of our trials. Our cozy "hometels" have provided nice hot breakfasts every morning ...
