Do you see collaboration as being a necessary part of the school community? Does collaboration exist effectively in your school? Posted by Angelina @ 11:35 PM. By Dufour and Eaker. This conference focuses on school-wide systems such as Effective Behaviour Systems (EBS) to enhance student success and achievement. Despite no "earth-shattering" moments, I did attend a good session on classroom management models and I used those ideas with my class today. It was very effective. And the best part is, I find I am focusing on the positive. British Columbia, Canada.
