Arabidopsis Information Portal (AIP). The Arabidopsis Information Resource (TAIR) provides a comprehensive resource for the scientific community working with Arabidopsis thaliana, a widely used model plant. TIGR's Genome Projects are a collection of curated databases containing DNA and protein sequence, gene expression, cellular role, protein family, and taxonomic data for microbes, plants and humans. The mission of the ABRC is to acquire, preserve and distribute seed and DNA resources that are useful to...

This section can be used to find out frequencies of 5 to 15 letter nucleotide sequences in non-coding segments of the Arabidopsis genome. Following non-coding segments are queried:. Core, proximal and distal promoter regions make up 3000 bp upstream region of a gene. Enter word (from 5 to 15 letters) to search:. Word count data is based on gene models from TAIR8. The assemblies in TAIR8 and TAIR9 releases are nearly identical - Release notes. Please select an input type:. Enter your own sequence(s).

AtcisDB - Arabidopsis cis. AtcisDB provides a comprehensive resource for the scientific community working with gene regulatory information of Arabidopsis thaliana. AtcisDB consists of a searchable relational database, which includes many different data types, such as transcription factor binding site information, promoter sequence and related annotations. The data can be viewed using the Generic Genome Browser. Regulatory element annotation for each gene can also be obtained. Ie Myb, At2g30420).

AtTFDB - Arabidopsis transcription factor database. AtTFDB is a comprehensive and public Arabidopsis TF database. The criteria employed for TF identification was described in Davuluri et al., 2003. And Palaniswamy et al., 2006. The sequence of the TFs currently in AtTFDB corresponds to the most current release of the Arabidopsis genome in TAIR (TAIR9). From this page, users may search the database for TFs in two ways:. A) By utilizing a specific LocusID. Search for a transcription factor.
