Energy, Opera, Pasta. What bugs me is that my “new” house wasn’t spectacular from the beginning. If society is so serious about closing the gap between average and excellent, then why is the averge Joe forced to pay a premium for that difference? Can’t we re-draw the line in the sand and make everything awesome from the get-go? I guess there is money to be made in upgrades (guess? It shouldn’t be this way… but it is. I’m typically not very happy with a score of 63! Anyway) , and that’s if I absolutely max out every single recommendation. On the surface, I’d say it will be way too expensive to get an A-. I’ll have to settle for a mid 70s grade… yup, just a B…. But the good news comes from paragraph two of my audit…. Of greenhouse gases (GHG) such as carbon dioxide?
