Within a short time, I picked up a DR650 and began exploring. My favourite part of the island is the region south and/or east of Hobart. So many amazing roads! I chose the bashplate and luggage rear rack because they appeared to be very high-quality, and they came recommended by my local Suzuki dealer. So Last year I had new BT45s put on Calista, the ’94 California 1100. The new rubber hasn’t done much to alleviate the headshake when I cross lanes and the tendency to tramline. I’m thinking either wheel or headstock bearings, or both. A bike has to have better handling than that. That'll just about do for now. And tagged Moto Guzzi.

September 8th, 2011. I've been back working for Disney for about 2 weeks now. Officially, that is, as in 'on stage'. I got through the week where you sign your life away and then go to Traditions, which has changed slightly and now Mickey comes to visit in person! Getting back to the Rose and Crown felt very surreal at first. Same place, different faces. But I'm getting to know lot of them now and getting along with them all well. Podium week was fun.
