Keeping Up With The Pack. Showing posts with label Benjamin. Showing posts with label Benjamin. Thursday, June 20, 2013. Oh, it sure feels good to have all my chicks under one roof again! She said she kept trying to speak Japanese to everyone. Ha! These two missed each other a lot. They are so funny together. I love the relationship they have! Johanna and Ami had made this sweet sign and wanted to make sure I would still take it to the airport without them. Also, notice the heart bracelet I'm wearing...

Joy's Journey Home: Goodbye China
http://joyfromtheeast.blogspot.com/2012/05/goodbye-china-well-end-is-here.html
Wednesday, May 9, 2012. Well, the end is here. After 3 1/2 years of waiting for God to reveal to us who "Joy" would be and then another a year of paper-chasing after "finding" her, the end of this journey is over. What an adventure it has been and I'm certain the next part of the journey will be like riding wild rapids. I'm looking forward to it. We have a few misc shots of our last few days here to share with you. The goodbyes tonight were bittersweet. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). A LEAP of FAITH.

Joy's Journey Home: She's just one of the gang
http://joyfromtheeast.blogspot.com/2012/05/she-just-one-of-gang.html
Sunday, May 6, 2012. Shes just one of the gang. This is a sweet story. This is Joy's bendaroo craft. See the flower she drew at the bottom? Now see the 3 stars around each? Those represent her and 2 of her new sisters. The blue star is for Kya and purple is for Autumn (because she already knows those are their favorite colors) and the red is for Joy. I found this very touching that she's made herself one of the gang even in her artwork. May 7, 2012 at 5:21 AM. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

Wolfe's Home: December 2012
http://wolfeshomedotnet.blogspot.com/2012_12_01_archive.html
Keeping Up With The Pack. Thursday, December 27, 2012. The advantage of combining Clark and Wolfe traditions is that we don't have to get up super early on Christmas Day. :) The kids wake up and can play with the things they received on Christmas Eve, and then when everyone is awake and going we can dig into the rest of the gifts. We called it a Super Hero Pony Christmas because there was a lot of each. Ha! I have been enjoying this Christmas gift from Chris for a while now, still very special to me.

Wolfe's Home: Eighteen Months and Counting
http://wolfeshomedotnet.blogspot.com/2013/06/eighteen-months-and-counting.html
Keeping Up With The Pack. Saturday, June 8, 2013. Eighteen Months and Counting. Benjamin is looking good and cancer free! Yesterday we spent the day in STL. Last week Benjamin had his chest CT here in town, then he had his MRI of his knee yesterday. Dr. G prefers to work closely with the radiologists at SLU, so for that reason and for consistency we will continue with the MRIs there. The reports were clear! We have been so blessed by Dr. G. and his staff. They are wonderful. Posted by Wolfes Home. To see...

Wolfe's Home: Crazy Summer Days
http://wolfeshomedotnet.blogspot.com/2013/06/crazy-summer-days.html
Keeping Up With The Pack. Thursday, June 13, 2013. My day typically starts early with a 30 minute or so Skype chat with Michaela. While I treasure this time, there is no summer sleeping in. It's been great to have that, but I'm ready for her to come home! Plus, when she's home, I can multi-task.chatting with her and getting other stuff done at the same time. :) We Skype with her again in the evening when the family is all here. This works out well with the 14 hour time difference. Okay, on to the next ev...
