A lot of people seem to think I already have it together; that I manage a full time job, a mortgage and car payments, my 11 year old son and everything else that goes along with it all, and that I do it all on my own seems to make me a 'got it together' kinda gal. It sure doesn't feel like it a lot of the time though. Pros: More time at home, less time at work, same pay, essentially double the vacation time.
