Celebrating Fifty Years of age every day of the year! Follow the adventures (or misadventures) …. It’s Almost Time! A few 50’s. November 6, 2013. I’ve made a list of things to do. I’ve touched on a few in the first post but here’s a list. Make fifty float trips. Drive fifty miles, exactly, in a chosen direction and see what there is to see. Hopefully there will be something to do there. If not, I’ll have to make something up. I’m bound to be better at it by the end of the year. Do fifty sit-ups day.

Adventures at big hill. Tuesday, June 23, 2009. Another mark against the rain- it helps our plants but also helps the weeds. Being in the middle of a wide field, and not using pesticides, we have the problem of all sorts of pesky plants blowing through. The past week has seen a huge influx of tiny weeds all over and parts of the garden look like a front lawn. A lesson that we should have mulched sooner, perhaps? I’m trying to imagine what would have occurred in Montreal way back in the mid 1600’s when. Anne Archambault discovered that her husband, Michel Chauvain, was a bigamist. They contracted to marry in July of 1647, had two children, Paul (1650-1650) and Charlotte (1651-1718). By Feb 1654 Anne was married to Jean Gervaise. Was there a big todo? Posted in: 52 Ancestors.

I was reading 2 Samuel this morning when I came over the afformentioned verse and it reminded me of a comment that I read on a video of In Christ Alone down by Christina Grimmie. One of the commenters was saying how horrible God was and was quoting verses about "Bible Rape" in the old testiment.
