Robbo had a race in the Bronx on Sunday and he and Daddy had to do all the getting-ready stuff the day before. Thursday, August 21, 2008. Now I am FOUR! Monday, August 4, 2008. Austin's 1st Track Meet Video. Here's Austin in action. Saturday, August 2, 2008. My First Track Meet. I got to run at a track meet this morning, just like my big brother! I ran the 50 meter dash and the 50 meter hurdles. I also did the bean bag toss (21 feet) and the standing long jump (36"). I brought home three ribbons and two medals! Here is my picture running the 50 meters. And one of me in the hurdles race. I can't wait to run again!

Thursday, November 5, 2009. Of Cardinals and Soccer Medals. I'm not sure if I have a "theology" about this or not. In fact, Rob and I discussed it briefly the other night in reference to the pigeon that joined the kickoff team for the Philadelphia Eagles a couple of weeks ago. One of the players claimed that the pigeon was the spirit of a former teammate who had died during the offseason. Who knows and who really cares? The point is, it happens and we are comforted. Cool, comforting, and amazing moment.

While in search for things unique to atlanta, we came across the 1996 olympic mountain biking course. In doing some research we found that this was the first olympic mountain biking course.
