Joy in the Journey: I Give Up! You win, Computer!
http://musicalmamma.blogspot.com/2012/12/i-give-up-you-win-computer.html
Joy in the Journey. December 11, 2012. You win, Computer! I thought I had things with the computer under control, but as soon as we got it fixed a new set of problems began with my picture program. Basically, any time I try to download new pictures or edit old ones or shift them around, it stalls on me. I'm at a loss. I probably need a new program or just a new lap top. Anyway. Just wondering. does anyone out there have a mac? What program do you use to download and edit photos? Life in LaLa Land.

Joy in the Journey: First Grade!
http://musicalmamma.blogspot.com/2012/10/first-grade.html
Joy in the Journey. October 29, 2012. Here is Kellen on his first day of school. He was excited to see that his buddy, Logan was in his class again this year. His teacher is Mrs. Dillon, and so far so good! Kellen is a smart boy and makes friends wherever he goes. Sometimes he's just a tad too. Friendly, and struggles with too much talking in class. Sounds like his mom and his dad. What do. I better not blink, because next thing I know he'll be on a mission to China! November 7, 2012 at 2:49 PM.

Joy in the Journey: Janers Says...
http://musicalmamma.blogspot.com/p/janers.html
Joy in the Journey. Dad, what ye gon be when yeh grow up? Are ye gon be a policeman? Jane is almost always an animal. I pretty much can't get this girl to do anything. Unless I accept this as a fact. I can beg and plead for Jane. To come and eat her oatmeal, but it'll never fly until I call out, "Come here little kitty! Come and eat your food." She'll then come romping over, but not without correcting me first, "No! I not a Kitty! Kellen and Jane both say the word "pants" like,. Mom, I mee a dam-baid!

http://musicalmamma.blogspot.com/2012_01_01_archive.html
Joy in the Journey. January 14, 2012. The kids love to hear Grandma, Grandpa, and Aunt Allie reading just for them. Gift idea for any long distance grandparent, aunt, uncle, etc., and a great way to get kiddos excited about reading. Kellen and I are working on our Dr. Seuss books, putting them to jazzy music. Kellen loves hearing himself read on the recorder. Opening the package. (Jane was napping, and we just couldn't wait! Just cause he is so beautiful. And the tape. :). You guys are the BOMB.COM!

The Gastronomic Climber: September 2013
http://gastronomicclimber.blogspot.com/2013_09_01_archive.html
Life of a climbing cook. Sunday, September 1, 2013. North Idaho Man Trip. Seeing as this being my last summer in the great state of Idaho, or so I hope, my two roommates and I decided to plan a weekend trip up to beautiful northern Idaho. Packed up car for the road. Night shot of our first camp site. Q’Emiln Park (pronounced Ka-mee-lin). Some of the walls were marked with these blue signs for an easy find. Our first climb, a big chimney crack with bolts on one side. We had a lot of fun with this climb.
