Friday, September 23, 2011. We took Sophia to the beach for a week this summer. She was hesitant at first, but within a few hours she was eating sand and splashing in the water! We had such a nice vacation! Aunt Lisa and Uncle John. We spend Labor Day weekend in Annapolis, MD. celebrating Lisa and John's marriage. Sunday, November 27, 2011. Sophia and I spent a long weekend at Grammie and Grandad's house for Thanksgiving. We had a nice relaxing time and the weather was beautiful. I think Sophia was a bit overwhelmed during Thanksgiving dinner. I'm not sure she actually eat very much, but she enjoyed entertaining everyone. We taught her how to say "gobble" "gobble"! Sophia and I have been working on learning animal sounds! So we make a trip to the farm and Sophia meet the cows! It looked so festive!

Monday, February 20, 2012. I bought a new camera before Christmas because our old camera didn't seem to be quick enough to keep up with our little toddler. I'm not sure the new one is either, or maybe, I'm just not fast enough! I attempted to do a Christmas photo shoot but before we knew it Sophia's dress with up and her hair accessories out.I guess that's just how life is with a little mover! Every year the kids ask our elf "Huey" if Santa can make a special trip early for us before we travel and of course, Santa thinks those three kids are pretty cute so he makes an exception! The lights were set to a timer with music and kept the beat with the song. This picture shows only a few of his lights. There was not an inch of his house that didn't have a light on it!
