Wow, it's been a long time since i've blogged - so long in fact, that i don't even recognize this blogger post-constructing template! But anyway. let's move on to the reason of the post. Andrew, emily and tess! Tuesday, September 20, 2011. Good advice from my boss. Be the kind of mom you want tess to be. Take care of yourself. Exercise a little bit every day to get the oxygen and endorphins to the brain. Drink plenty of water. Be sure to pamper yourself without feeling guilty. You're better when you feel better. So what did i do? Work my tail off at work, go to the grocery store, make dinner for the fam, watch tv and stay up too late! Ugh i need to be better to myself. What do you think?

Things i'd really like to do this year. 1 lose 22 lbs (yes, 22. not 20 or 25. although once i lose 22, i'll probably want to lose 20 more, cause then i'd be at my college/wedding weight - sigh, that brings to light the 42 lbs OVER college weight i am. ON TO THE NEXT TOPIC! 2 get the house to a clean state and keep it there on a regular basis. 3 begin working on the outside of the house so that we don't look like we're out of deliverance. Andrew, emily and tess! Friday, August 12, 2011. Livin' in the country. Today was pretty cool. tess and i went on an adventure around our little town to find fresh food! We went to the local produce stand (L&G farms) as the first stop to get some fresh fruits (a carton of 6 peaches for $2.50! Veggis, and eggs! But they didn't, and they didn't have figs either, but (and this is how you know i live in the country) the 92 year old lady they sometimes buy figs from lived right down the road! Andrew, emily and tess! Sunday, April 3, 2011. 8 weeks of puppies: week 1. As many of you know, we have taken on the responsibility of fostering ELEVEN dogs! Originally, i thought it'd be 9, but what's two more? So the story is that we have a local woman who owns a store in cameron village called cat banjo. Andrew, emily and tess! Thursday, April 5, 2012. I thought I'd update you on how my progress is going. I'm writing from my cell phone, so I have to be brief because this is too difficult for me! But I am making some progress on my goals:. I have lost 6lbs, which is a big deal for me :-). We have started attending a church regularly, and Andrew and I are even going to a Bible study as of last week, so that's good. The house is still a mess, but we're hoping to work on the outside this weekend.
