I don't like fall so much. It means that snow is right around the corner. I've got some FABULOUS info! Over $420 was raised at the Chick-fil-A fundraiser last week! Thanks to all those who helped out in any way! I've got some MORE fabulous info! A playgroup has been set up for this Thursday! My kind of party ;).

Life with Charley - And Down Syndrome: January 2015
http://lifewithcharley.blogspot.com/2015_01_01_archive.html
The Preacher Takes a Wife. Tuesday, January 27, 2015. A Circle Unbroken - A Special Olympics Post. When I saw this on Facebook today, I thought immediately of Special Olympics. Sad to say, but few of us in this world understand this message. But happy to say, Special Olympians do. There's a group of special needs students from Knoxville at Ober Gatlinburg right this very minute. They may not be sitting in a circle with their feet together, but their arms are around their buddies. The last time I saw Char...

Life with Charley - And Down Syndrome: July 2015
http://lifewithcharley.blogspot.com/2015_07_01_archive.html
The Preacher Takes a Wife. Friday, July 17, 2015. This may look like the face of an innocent, but I assure you, it is not. No, this is the face of someone who did his level best to talk me out of the electric cart I was using in Walmart. Owww, my foot hurt," he said, hobbling along beside my cart. His foot was not hurting. Ooooo, hurtin' me in my side," he wailed. Nice try. Nothing wrong with his side either. He had to be somewhere, but where? Did you think I sent you to get that cart so you could take a...

The Heflin Family: Addy updates
http://theheflinfamily.blogspot.com/2013/12/addy-updates.html
Friday, December 20, 2013. After we saw cardio we headed over to her surgeon's office. We haven't had to see them in about three years! We turned in Addy's monitor today and saw her nutritionist. She's having us add some more water to her feedings so that may help things along too :). This just has to be included because he's cute! Bless her I bet she is uncomfortable! Hoping she is better once you get her all cleaned out! Merry Christmas my friends! December 21, 2013 at 5:01 PM. Aimee's Bowl of Cherries.

Should Culture Be Free | Question of the Day...
https://kristaewert.wordpress.com/2012/05/24/should-culture-be-free
Question of the Day…. Because wouldn't we all like to know. Should Culture Be Free. The delay in a new question was not only the result of the Canadian long weekend but also because of the lack of response to my last question. I am curious as to why few attempted to comment, whether it was just to say that they didn’t know or that they believe one way or another. Regardless, now that you have had some time to think about it, I encourage you to join the discussion. Today’s question is. May 24, 2012. In my...

The Heflin Family: March 2013
http://theheflinfamily.blogspot.com/2013_03_01_archive.html
Thursday, March 28, 2013. We were finally able to get Addy into the Immunologist today. She was supposed to go last Friday but since she'd been sick for a week with the tummy stuff we had to postpone. As you can see, she is feeling pretty darn good right now! She ordered a lot of blood tests. She is also going to have a sweat test to rule out Cystic Fibrosis next week. I'm not sure why we are doing this because she was tested for this as an infant before we adopted her, but we will do what we nee...Howev...

The Heflin Family: November 2013
http://theheflinfamily.blogspot.com/2013_11_01_archive.html
Monday, November 25, 2013. If you are a friend of mine on Facebook, then this is old news, but, those of you that aren't. After 17 months of loving and enjoying this precious baby boy. Our son was declared to be ours on Friday :). The nurse turned around and I then exclaimed "that's my baby! She said "Oh yeah, are you Cammie? This is your baby! Foster care is such a road of ups and downs. Until Friday I always knew that he was not my son but in my heart he sure was. Even though all along I was pr...This ...
