Pushing boundaries……. December 31, 2012. What an awesome year 2012 has been. I set myself a number of goals, all related and complementary. Complete my mission of running a marathon in every Australian state. In 2011 I’d run Canberra, Gold Coast, Adelaide and Melbourne. So still had NSW, WA, NT and TAS to go. Run 3000kms for the year. Minimum monthly running distance of 200km. Complete a 70.3 Ironman triathlon. I’m very happy to say I ticked off all of the above and here’s how it happened. The country up...
