Well, i was trying to cute-ify my blog. but instead i ended up annoyed with the template. I'll take it as a sign that i should be doing something more productive. like pack for the 50th state. I received the best compliment ever the other day. Scene: Two office admin ladies are helping me pack up stuff for a career fair. Of course, I keep coming up with one more "what-if-this-one-in-million-chance-thing-goes-wrong" situation, so we have to pack more "we-might-need-this" item into the ginormous box. Oh yeah, I forgot who we were dealing with here. Roxanne is the queen of OCD. Super-nice Office Admin Lady#2. Aw, don't say that. Roxanne's not OCD. she just likes to follow through different.

Friday, October 31, 2008. This has been my worst nightmare and it continues. Quite interesting as it's Halloween and all. It's time to open up some boxes I taped up last week and find some warm clothes for this week. We carved pumpkins tonight for something fun to do - it's just not the same at someone elses house on Halloween. I will keep you all posted on the progress. Fingers crossed we can close next week! Inserted into the customs clearing in process are three wooden desks with Doctors who scribble on the influenza proforma and a nurse stamps them. It is absolute human chaos around the desks as there is no line just whoever pushes to the front and gets their paperwork on top.

Sooo Dena had a to go to the Dr. to get a TB test for clearance to teach at the preschool. I got home around 6pm so she could go and get back before too late. So I got my wish. except I never imagined I'd be putting my MBA to work by cleaning out an office. Well - they guy who had my office before me was a total packrat. He kept ever fax he sent - ever! I have emptied a 55 gallon trash can 9 times with crap from my office. look. Note the trash can in lower right.
