從2011年開始，我就開始透過艾格探險的課程學習攀登技術。從單繩距傳統攀岩，到多繩距傳攀、攀岩救援，以及從單繩距到多繩距冰攀的技術，我都是跟星雯學的。上了這麼多課下來，對於艾格探險與星雯有幾點感想。 首先是，艾格探險的教學有一個最大的特點就是，非常有系統性。這除了反映在它的課程架構安排上 (要先有XX課程的基礎，才能進階到下一階段) 之外，同時也反映在它的課程內容。以傳統攀岩為例，會從Gear的正確放置開始，到固定點、確保站的系統架設，再到先鋒撤退的操作，一步步教學，然後從有頂繩確保的模擬先鋒，再到最後讓學生實際先鋒，一步一步的帶學生熟悉這些技術。我認為這樣的學習過程是很紮實的，而且是有邏輯有系統的循序漸進。 講完優點之後，接下來是缺點。最大的缺點是，學生如果跟星雯比較熟的時候，他會比較兇 (還是比較直接？XD)，這會讓有些人上課的時候很有壓力，尤其是在操作的時候，他在旁邊看著會有無名的壓力，深怕做錯。當然像我神經比較大條就無所謂。 訂閱： 張貼留言 (Atom). 艾格探險 Adventure Taiwan . 圖片視窗範本. 技術提供： Blogger.

一開始是學校老師推薦給幾個去完大砲岩對攀岩有感興趣的同學，而我就是其中一位。最後班上卻只有我一個人參加，難免會對在即將預見的同學都有些想像，以為會遇到難搞的人，但是我錯了，裡面盡是些好相處的人，讓我非常欣慰。 我有兩位好同學，一位是男生沛霖另一位是女生蓓蓓人都很nice 而我是裡面年紀最小的，在上課中常常把我和沛霖的名字搞混讓我傻眼外，其他都還算正常。 第一天，星雯老師先是帶我們到龍洞後門，複習前一堂課的Top roping確定我們的確保動作正確後，才切換到本日重點"先鋒攀登"，一開始要我們熟悉左右手都能拿左右邊的快扣、將攀岩繩掛入另一個D環、垂降時回收快扣、掛繩和先鋒確保等動作，如此一來能在過程中不受影響下扣到附近的bolt和繩子，能有效率的完成任務。 課程最後就是完整的先鋒攀登 先鋒撤退都由自己來，這時就要把這2天學到的東西全部搬出來，要渾身解數的上去、再渾身解數的下來，下來後頗有成就感的哈哈哈! 訂閱： 張貼留言 (Atom). 艾格探險 Adventure Taiwan . 圖片視窗範本. 技術提供： Blogger.
