Sunday, July 6, 2008. So, after the longest plane flight of my life, I am here in Hong. Finally, today I am feeling a little less jet-lagged. I'm feeling pretty good actually. I love the food here! Any kind of dumpling is my new favorite. Already, I tried something new, jellyfish! I didn't hate it, but the texture was really weird. Our dorm is working out just fine. Eric de. Friday, July 18, 2008. My week is not over yet, but it's Friday evening and I'm already somewhat overwhelmed. We have seen a lot of cool stuff this week though and I know it's all worth it. I went to a restaurant named "The Modern Toilet". I'm not kidding! Our class took a four hour walking tour of some key architectural. I learned what group I am in for our documentary project. Eric and I went to the "night market" and I bought some cool stuff. Today we saw "The Dark Night" as a group at an IMAX Theater.

Thursday, July 10, 2008. So, sorry that I haven't posted since the beg. of this week, but it has been pretty packed. Wed was our most insane day. We pretty much had school related stuff going on from 9:00 in the morning until 6:00 that night. Then we had to rush back to the dorm and get ready to go out for our friend Carlos' birthday dinner. Oh, and what I dinner it was! His mom has friends here that own a French Bistro in central Hong Kong that just opened up and they treated us to a 12-15 course meal!
