I haven’t decided if I’m giving in to my depression monsters or if I’m taking care of myself (which is the goal) so I can get better, but it feels weird either way…. Hair in an unflattering ponytail, jeans, sweatshirt, FAT, no make up…I look the way I feel, basically. The bare minimum. That’s what I can do for myself right now. How could you say no?
