After plenty of time in the hills trekking, it was time to head to the Caribbean coast of Honduras for some sun, sea and sand. At least that was the plan. The rain started bucketing down about half way to the coast, and didn’t let up all day, causing severe flooding in some spots (including our lunch restaurant).
