AFSA – Connecting Families. So what does AFSA do? The Autism Family Support Association Inc. (AFSA) was formed in the mid 1980′s by families for families and has continued to support Victorian families with a family member with Autism, Asperger’s Syndrome and PDD-NOS for over 20 years.
