My girls at church surprised me with a going-away party after church on Sunday, complete with this blanket with all of their handprints (baby Josephine's footprints; Luke, Ben, and Ollie's handprints, too), some other little gifts, cake, prayer (there is nothing sweeter than hearing small children pray for you), and singing of "for she's a jolly good fellow." Monday, July 27, 2009. 29/52: Beach with Mom and Marie. Thursday Mom took me and my best friend to the beach. It was a cloudy day, but we had fun just hanging out and playing in the sand. When we got hungry we drove downtown and had lunch at a pizza place and then stopped at a bookstore. It was a really good, relaxing day! Monday, July 20, 2009. 28/52: Ice Cream with Rebekah.
