Lady In Green | Open heart surgery for the soul
Open heart surgery for the soul. So, I picked the venison up on Tuesday. There were 30 pounds of ground and several chops, roasts, etc. woot! Mike used a roast to make stew with potatoes, carrots, onions and beef onion soup. It was a little salty, but good. More recipies to come :). I’ve also been using the pumpkins from the garden.
