I LOVE eating chicken parmesan in restaurants but I had never tried to make it. Turns out, it is pretty easy and really yummy! I served this with linguine, a salad, and of course white wine. :) Robert Mondavi Sauvignon Blanc-delish! Maybe this is how I can get him to come.hmm. Boneless, skinless chicken breasts (1 per person). Large bowl or plastic storage bag. A glass baking dish.

Tuesday, January 22, 2008. 1 clove garlic, minced. 3 tablespoons dry bread crumbs. 2 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan cheese. 1/4 cup and 2 tablespoons shredded Cheddar cheese. 1/8 teaspoon dried parsley. 1/8 teaspoon dried oregano. 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper. 2 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - pounded thin. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat, and cook the garlic until tender, about 5 minutes.
