May 11, 2016. May 11, 2016. Dry Water launches its Curiosity Cafe for people living with dementia. A wonderful start to our Curiosity Cafe. We began with a blank canvas and as people arrived we slowly began to get to know a little about everyone who had gathered. Musical preferences, the strength of “good” coffee, pelicans, woodpeckers, pets we have loved, calligraphy, dancing, balancing, spinning and yo yo’s! All of these creative offers. Form an important part of meeting, greeting and honouring people.
