Enjoy the Little Things in life. Gluten Free Raspberry Oat Bar. August 9, 2015. April 15, 2016. Seems lately everyone is having dessert except me, I know how sad right lol, so I decided to tweek this recipe to make it Gluten Free so I could have some too, and it was so yummy. The only issue I had with this is that unfortunately I don’t have an off switch when it comes to food I like, So it didn’t last long. 2 cups flour, I used Gluten free All purpose. 1 cup butter (softened and cut into 1 inch pieces).

A new Moxies just opened in the area we were going to so we had lunch there. We usually don’t get to go to Moxies often as the only one that was in our area use to be a good 1hr 10 min away. As usual my son didn’t actually want his dessert so my husband had to help him eat it lol! If you are ever at Moxies it is so worth getting this just to see it.

Everything has got taste. July 6, 2015. Unsalted butter, softened, for greasing. 200g sweet cherries, pitted. 4 medium egg yolks. A pinch of fine sea salt. Sifted icing sugar, for dusting. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Generously butter ramekins. Divide the pitted cherries among the buttered dishes. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until the top of each clafoutis is a light golden brown. Leave to cool slightly, then dust with icing sugar and serve while still warm. Courgette, butter bean and feta cheese cakes.
