Your life on pause. Do you know what this hurt feels like? I can’t imagine you have if you are so dismissive about my loved one. But then again it’s a job, so they can’t get involved. What an awful way to live your life, denying yourself the emotions that should be inherent when dealing with suffering and loss. My dad died the day after July 4. It made me burn with anger that yes, at that moment, the normalcy of going out to see fireworks was eons away from the life I was now living. What do you do?
