Returning to a Life I Miss. I'm going to be tracking progress getting fit and losing the 140-160 lbs I should get rid of. Monday, May 18, 2009. This weekend was a bust as far as health and exercise. A good friend came for a visit and spent the night Saturday. Diet included great things like a pint of premium ice cream and chips. Possibly worse, my wife got coupons for two free burritos at a new restaurant from her work. So that's what we ate on Sunday. The things were HUGE! Chickens Are Running My Life.

Returning to a Life I Miss. I'm going to be tracking progress getting fit and losing the 140-160 lbs I should get rid of. Thursday, May 14, 2009. 1 mile today after work. I rode faster and was less worn out than yesterday. I haven't mentioned food. Believe it or not before all of this I wasn't eating fast food daily or bags of chips. I was down to only about a bottle of soda a week months ago. The #1 factor for food choices right now is limiting empty calories. I'm trying to give nutrition a priority.
