A spiritual journey to sobriety. May 9, 2015. May 9, 2015. Day 13 version 6. This past week I’ve been exhausted, nap daily after work exhausted. In fact, one day I slept for two hours. I asked the hubs if this happened before and he thinks so. I vaguely remember this stage, but I clearly remember the next one, the one where I have more energy than I remember ever having. So this week, I committed to getting to bed earlier and sleeping more, and I have.
