A Life of Life. A Year's Tour of Biology. July 3, 2011 by Michael Baruzzini. The final group of reptiles are the tuataras, a group which contains only two living species, which inhabit isolated islands in New Zealand. Tuataras resemble lizards, with four legs and a tail, but have several unique features. Their scales resemble those of the crocodilians, and like turtles they have no external ear. Their skeletal structure is also unique, resembling that of amphibians and fish in many ways. 171; Newer Posts.

Many of the reptilian features we have seen have given the reptiles the ability to be more independent of water than their amphibian cousins. There is one remaining reptilian feature that especially helps with this terrestrial lifestyle: the reptilian egg. Create a free website or blog at WordPress.com.

A life of lines
A life of lines. Torsdag 5 januari 2017. Så fin du är. Du lilla människa på jorden. Så fin du är. Sägs med de varmaste orden. Du fick en väg att vandra. Människa, du fina. Du fick ett liv att förvalta. Och valen de är dina. Så lev ditt liv, du fina. Livet är en gåva. Lev allt du kan, lev varje stund. Innan du ska sova. Lögner kommer alltid av någon slags rädsla. Rädsla att inte få som man vill. Men hur långt kan en lögn gå? Får man krossa andra människor i ens väg? Får man lova saker och inte hålla dem?
