The Bartholomew Family: Utah
http://andyandkatbartholomew.blogspot.com/2015/07/utah.html
Friday, July 24, 2015. We went to Utah for two weeks! Let me rewind, we went to Utah for two weeks, bought a house and went to a New Kid on the Block concert all in a matter of days. Here are some Utah pictures! The main reason we went out was to see his sister Tracie get married. Here we are in front of the Payson Temple before the ceremony. With his cousin Jacob who he idolizes. He was so good to him the whole vacation. And everyone would fall to the cement. He got such a kick out of it. He had a ball!

Friday, July 25, 2014. During our weekend in Southern Texas, Brian, the lover of trains, tractors, buses, garbage trucks, basically anything with wheels, spotted a real train. Upon closer inspection, we learned it was a Train Museum. How lucky can a little boy be! Here is Brian waiting with his Papa for the train to arrive. The silly boy kept calling it and holding his hand up to stop it when he thought it was going to ride by him. It was sure nice to have extra help to run after him :). We have had quit...

Thursday, October 30, 2014. I think his face says it all! This boy loves being outside and has REALLY enjoyed all the fall has to offer. I am enjoying the annual fall foliage and the nice warm weather.can life get any better? I took him on a playdate to a pumpkin patch and he loved climbing all over the pumpkins. He would inspect each one personally to find the perfect one. He seemed to like the smalls ones the best though. I love this picture. This is actually Andy's jersey from high school! He wanted N...

Monday, March 30, 2015. Brian had his last soccer game. He really enjoyed the lessons and has gained some valuable skills out on the field. He loved the obstacle course they did before they kicked around the soccer ball. I love this action shot of him. Here he is taking all the cones to build a tower and then "knocks" down his coach! He really felt like he could take her out. You know he means serious business when he sticks his tongue out! With his wonderful couch! Kat and Andy Bartholomew. He likes to ...

Thursday, July 30, 2015. I do have some of the best memories with Andy at this very spot. When we where dating and would visit his hometown, we would often pack a lunch, swim in the spring and go four wheeling in the mountains after. I am so glad we got a chance to bring Brian to one of our favorite spots. This may look like he is scared and holding on to Dad for dear life, but NO! This is Andy holding on to him in the more deeper area. I'm telling you, he is brave around water. A view of Andy's hometown!

Sunday, August 24, 2014. I can't believe this kid is riding a tricycle! I wish I could have recorded his excitement when he saw the bike. "OH MY GOODNESS! His Gaga helped him on and showed him where to put his feet and he was off like a pro in no time at all. Figuring out to to ring the bell. There really was NO stopping him. So we crossed the street and stopped by a neighbor to show him off! Everyday now he asks to "ride bike outside! Kat and Andy Bartholomew. Friday, August 22, 2014. He looks so big!

Friday, June 27, 2014. Last weekend, we went with some friends to Porretto beach in Galveston Texas. Galveston is a beautiful. Area of Texas. In some ways, it reminds of Salisbury Beach, the beach I grew up with back east. It was a beautiful drive to Galveston and Andy and I enjoyed being able to explore more areas of Texas. Playing in the sand with his friend James. It was his birthday, so we had a beach party! I love his imagination. Taking my little Bubba for a swim! My little fish wouldn't let me hol...

Sunday, November 23, 2014. Andy started a new job in early October. This job has been a huge blessing in our lives. It is incredible to see Andy so passionate about his job and see him enjoy it so much. They sent him to Atlanta for some training and he asked Brian and I to come along. So, Andy worked all day while Bubba and I played :). Taking the airline safety procedures seriously. He was so excited all week about going on "da big plane! They had all sorts of FUN Lego exhibits. Here he is playing L...

Wednesday, February 18, 2015. Brian had a good Valentine's Day. We celebrated in this house! This was the first year that Brian and I made valentines. We gathered all of his old crayons and chopped them up and put them in heart shapped molds and made heart crayons. Brian did enjoy using the crayons but at first thought they were candy! This is what we passed out to all his friends. This Child is SO meticulous about small details like this. He seriously has the mind of an engineer. Kat and Andy Bartholomew.

Monday, June 22, 2015. We could not be more thrilled. After the long. Winter, we are glad to welcome in this hot season. Brian went for his first swim of the seasons this week and loved it. I think swimming lessons has helped him feel more confidant in the pool. This was the first time I let swim "alone" in the pool without me holding him. I just stood right next to him and he did great. He enjoyed being able swim to his float toy. He looks so old! I love it that he didn't care that the water was COLD.
