Friday, November 29, 2013. This was going to be a post-Thanksgiving post about a light snack, perfect for any holiday party: crackers. Thing is, the crackers I made for Thanksgiving, turned out to be, well, dense. It wasn't operator error, it was failing-to-read-up-on-the-cracker, error. What I was looking for was an oyster type cracker, but larger, to serve with oysters and beet hummus. What I made was a recipe for common crackers. And the way they were described in Bon Appetit.
