Monday, November 29, 2010. A short term goal, I have is to get a passing grade on all my fall semester classes here at LaGuardia. A mid term goal, I have is to finish LaGuardia Community College and graduate with an associates degree. Tuesday, October 19, 2010. Personal Responsibility is key to becoming a successful student. Differences between High School and College. The transition from High School to College has a lot of differences. In college your more independent. You get to make your own schedule in college. In high school you had no options or choices to make your own schedule. College is expensive, while high school was free. Back in high school making friends with class mates were easier than here in college.
