Tuesday, November 24, 2009. The end is in sight! Just got back from my 40 week appointment and nothing has changed since last week. Baby's head is still down and low and my cervix is thinned out, but no notable dilation. Doctor thinks there's a good chance she will come on her own this week, otherwise I will be going in on Sunday night to be induced. Baby Sanford will be here by Tuesday at the latest!
