My little bike ride. Thursday, September 20, 2012. CHAPTER 5 Winnipeg to Lake Michigan. From Winnipeg I decided to ride south into the U.S. instead of the treacherous hi-way in Northern Ontario. I looked on my trusty iPhone to see which town would be next on my list. That town was called Lonesand. Only, it wasn't a town. The day was hot and I was on my last sip of water after 80km of biking in the intense Manitoba heat. We strapped the bike and bags to the ATV and went back to his family's cattle ranch.
