Monday, September 1, 2014. Gluten Free Carrot Gingerbread Muffins. Let me know what you think. I never claimed to make pretty food folks.,just tasty. 1 c grated carrots (about 2 fat carrots). 1 c almond butter. 1 1/2 t. baking powder. 1/2 t baking soda. Mix well. Pour batter into 12 lined muffin cups. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 30 minutes. September 1, 2014 at 9:46 PM. I can almost smell them! September 5, 2014 at 8:53 AM.
