Wednesday, July 27. It was a tough morning that required coffee, so Boss and I went to the Starbucks down the street. I love that there is free 15 minute parking outside of our Starbucks downtown. Time to catch up. The Paulson family is back at it - back to work for me (sigh) and back to daycare for Beckett and Liam (sniff). Our summer went way too fast and it was a big change for us, especially since the boys are at a new daycare. We were spoiled with Angela! Beckett and his teacher Miss Lydia. Clearly embarassed that I'm taking his picture! Liam totally fine with my picture taking, but not quite sure what's going on. What a show off! Apparently he can hold his own bottle now. Liam was baptized this morning at a nice outdoor service at Lands Lutheran. He was so good the entire service and the water on his head didn't faze him in the least. What a sweetie! And Beckett was a well-behaved big brother during the service. We are so blessed with our two wonderful boys. Pastor Nate baptizing Liam. Instead of drawing on the sidewalk Beckett chalked himself. This past weekend we took advantage of the beautiful spring weather and spent as much time outside as we could. We went to the park with the Kleinhans where all the boys rode their bikes, and to the zoo. Liam: Six Months Old. I'm in denial. Here are his pics - his checkup is next Tuesday so I'll have some stats after that. He really does smile more, these pictures are taken when he got home from daycare. He is crabby, crabby because he only sleeps for a little over an hour while he is there. Lovely, right? Here are the stats from Liam's two month checkup. He is having no problem growing and the doctor said things look good. He now weighs 12lb 6oz and is 23 1/2 inches long, which puts him around the 96th percentile for both. His head is also big. =) I'm kind of shocked by how long he is - is it normal to grow 4 inches since birth? At any rate, I hope both of my boys continue to grow taller and have their daddy's long legs. The Dr. adjusted Liam's lower back and said I should notice a difference in a day...

Liam: Five Months Old. Liam is five months old already! He's such a smiley, happy little baby boy and so much fun to be around. Lately he loves to be in his jumperoo and is usually bouncing his legs around even when he's not in it. I guess he fits the "bouncing baby boy" stereotype quite well.
