I’ve spent much of the last couple of weeks telling people about this change in situation and preparing for things like entering into hospice care when needed. Mainly, I decided to drop out of the trial because it wasn’t doing enough to justify the side effects I was suffering. The drugs were making me just as sick, if not sicker, than the cancer. I gave it a try but this wasn’t going to be my miracle cure. Thanks to everyone for all your support, both in the past and going forward. I’ll be needing a lot of it. Time to check in.
