All 50 before 50. Sunday, October 19, 2014. Generator installation phase one. I was blessed with a military forklift this year so the job is much easier. I made sure to mark all my connections as I disconnected the Onan. Some will be used and others won't. As it turns out, the rolling maintenance tray needed very little modification. A bit of clean-up and it was ready. All tucked in and ready for hookup. After that we will start working on making this beast as silent as possible. Friday, October 10, 2014.

All 50 before 50. Saturday, June 27, 2015. Jess and I finally had time to wash and wax the coach this summer. About a 10 hour job with two of us. I also cleaned up the starter battery bay and new batt equalizer. I apologize for not taking pics as I went but 107 degrees in the shade had me a little rattled and honestly Im not to sure how interesting me sweating under our bus would've been. All 50 before 50. Sunday, March 8, 2015. Generator tidy up and testing today. Started off the day by relocating the aircleaner to the side of the unit instead of on top where it had been in the way when fully stowed. Next I hooked up all the lines, starter, ground, remote, fuel and set them up so they spring return when the unit is pushed back in to its bay. When a can empties, the generator has an early warning fuel light and shutdown to facilitate source changover without running the injector pump dry.

All 50 before 50. Sunday, August 9, 2015. Another 200 mile test run. Pizza, full moon and a beautiful view of the Columbia River Gorge near Vantage WA was our first nights stay again this year. The next morning we were up early and headed for Squaw Rock campground just up the road from Naches WA. Our reservations intact, our spot is taylor made for the coach putting the front window right on the river. The kitchen, inverter and new generator performed perfectly and we still love our composting toilet.
