So I got on the scales today for the first time in a month, and was amazed to find that I am 265lb, which is still less than my starting weight! In since my last weigh in, 31st January, I have only put on 1 pound. This makes me happy, because I have been feeling extra down about my appearance recently and I felt as though I had gained, when in fact I had not.
