It's the fall season and that means baking season has also officially begun! Here is a recipe for some delicious, fluffy pumpkin (chocolate chip) pancakes that you're just going to love! 2 cups wheat flour. 1 T baking powder. 1 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice. 1/4 - 1/2 cup white sugar (depending on what your taste buds want). 1 1/2 evaporated milk (1 - 12 oz can) ( or can use milk). 1 T olive oil. 1/4 cup pure maple syrup. 1 cup pure canned pumpkin purée.
