Tuesday, July 13, 2010. A little over two years ago we decided that our baby girl was going to be named Cate. I've always been intrigued by names and their meaning and I loved what Cate meant. Cate = Pure. So sweet. Cate is.sweet, determined, charming, funny, coordinated and fearless. She loves.fruit, Cars, animals, shoes, singing (her fave.Jesus Loves Me), chocolate milk (thanks Grandpa for introducing that to her! Thank you God for choosing us to be the parents to this wonderful girl we call Cate.

Wednesday, June 2, 2010. Goodbye 3yr old class. Hard to believe another great year at preschool is over! Cooper has learned so much this year. It's incredible to see the scrapbook that the teachers make for the kids and to see how much they've grown both physically and developmentally. Cate and Cooper will both be enrolled next school year. I'm not sure I'm ready for both of them to be gone! 1st day of school! I cant believe Coop is getting so big! I am glad he has such a great place to go to school!

Tuesday, March 16, 2010. Spring Break was so much fun this year. We didn't do anything new but we had fun. Monday was full of playing and playing and more playing. It warmed up a little in the afternoon so we went out for some fun with oats, bread crumbs and beans. Funny what you come up with when you have no sand and it's not warm enough for water. :). After we left there, we braved Chuck E Cheese. Never again. Sorry, no pictures of my eyebrows (before or after)! We are looking forward to summer! Poor D...

Thursday, May 20, 2010. May was a busy month! Daniel got off early one day so we decided to take the kids to see How to Train Your Dragon (It was in 3D which explains the huge ugly glasses). It was the first movie Cate has ever seen on the big screen. She did okay but mainly because we let her hold a bag of popcorn. :). She kept saying "Oh wow! Wednesday, September 23, 2009. Goodbye Summer, Hello Fall! The title may seem a little odd considering it's the first week of October and fall officially started in September but I started writing this back in September, just never finished. So.here is what the Barkley bunch has been up to since my last blog. Alcon had their company picnic at Six Flags this year and the kids loved it! I was finally able to ride since I'm not with child and glad to find out I still love the thrill of a good roller coaster!
