The Tennessee Intercollegiate Supreme Court. Is the judicial branch of the Tennessee Intercollegiate State Legislature. The Court has two primary functions:. It is the court of original and sole jurisdiction for issues arising from the TISL Constitution, laws and proceedings. It presides over the Appellate Moot Court Collegiate Challenge. Justices serve one-year terms that begin upon the adjournment of each year's TISL General Assembly; they may be reappointed twice for a total of three years on the bench.

The Attorney General is Elected by TISC. The TISL Constitution mirrors the Tennessee Constitution in providing that the Attorney General is elected by the Supreme Court.
