Our commercial dryer will be in operation in a few weeks. Published on August 20, 2012. 140 square feet of drying space for apples, raisins, and plums. We will let you know when it is ready. Hot Weather Days Are Here. Published on August 4, 2012. It is Saturday August 4th, 2012 and we just recorded 102 degrees.
