Cut chicken into thin strips. Marinate chicken in soya sauce, vinegar, salt and pepper for 10 minutes. Roll the chickn pieces in corn flour and then dip in beaten egg. I know the name sounds a bit different, it is because one of my cousin, obviously named Jameela, makes this chicken quite often hence the name. Ginger-Garlic paste 2 tbsp. Juice of 1 Lemon. Red chilli powder 1 tsp. Dhaniya powder 2 tsp. Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp. Mustard seeds 1 tsp. Marinate chicken in the above ingredients for 1-2 hours. Thursday, August 21, 2008.

Simple, healthy (sort of) and delicious dessert for a warm summer evening. Custard powder 2 tbsp. Sugar as per taste. Diced mixed fruits 1 cup. Vanilla extract 1 tsp. Boil milk. Once boiled, lower heat and add the sugar. Mix custard powder in half a cup of cold milk. Slowly pour custard powder in hot milk and keep stirring. Tuesday, July 29, 2008. My fave too:) Looks nice!

Boneless chicken 250 gms. Soya sauce 2 tbsp. White pepper powder 1 tsp. Seseme oil 2 tbsp. Ginger-Garlic paste 1 tbsp. Marinate bite size chicken pieces in above ingredients for a couple of hours. Wrap individual pieces of marinated chicken in baking (butter) paper a tie them with threads. JZ @ Tasty treats.
