Artemisin: Sale! Shoes-to-Run to Asimov's
http://artemisin.blogspot.com/2008/10/sale-shoes-to-run-to-asimovs.html
Sara Genge's writing blog. Lunes, 27 de octubre de 2008. This is my third sale to Asimov's. Shoes-to-Run is a triumph of rewritting and workshopping. Thanks to everyone who helped out, particularly the folks over at Codex and Sean Markey who, as always, doubled as critiquer, motivator and submitter. Also, I just came back from Villa Diodati 3 and have all kinds of stuff to say about the workshop. But I won't say them now, because Villa Diodati deserves its own post and I can't really take more time o...

Artemisin: enero 2009
http://artemisin.blogspot.com/2009_01_01_archive.html
Sara Genge's writing blog. Lunes, 26 de enero de 2009. I'm writing a fantasy story now, and it sort of seems to be working even if I'm screwing with the rules more than usual and don't know whether it will see the light of day. So, if anyone knows of any really cool anthos that could motivate me to write, comment away. Or, if anyone would like to see some Genge stuff on their magazine/ezine suggest away. I could probably finish something if I were writing with an objective in mind. Or maybe not. Prayers ...

Artemisin: Villa Diodati Workshop
http://artemisin.blogspot.com/2007/10/villa-diodati-workshop.html
Sara Genge's writing blog. Martes, 30 de octubre de 2007. I'm back home after a blast of a weekend. We spent three glorious days in a German castle with a moat and a gorgeous garden, sipping tea, coffee and wine, chatting about everything, crittin' and writin' writin' writin'! I got to meet six writers who've gone straight to my list of favorite people. Deanna Carly...

Artemisin: Two more stories and the fun is over
http://artemisin.blogspot.com/2009/12/two-more-stories-and-fun-is-over.html
Sara Genge's writing blog. Sábado, 12 de diciembre de 2009. Two more stories and the fun is over. Way back when I started writing in 2006-2007 (can't remember which) I made a pact with myself: I wouldn't attempt to write a novel until I had written and published ten stories in professional markets. The idea was that by then I'd be a good enough writer not to be wasting my time and energy trying to make a novel work. I did try to write a novel after my fifth published pro story. Hubris! Cosita Preciosa-La...
