My favorite thing in the world is walking in her room in the morning because she is so extra smiley after a good long sleep (yes, she is sleeping through the night! Benjamin and Amy Jo. Wednesday, January 9, 2013. Anyway, I just thought I should post a quick update on the progress of our baby. She is almost 35 weeks along. We had an ultrasound at 34 weeks to check her growth and development. It was so neat to see her at this stage of the pregnancy. She was measuring in the 84th percentile all around. She loves to be awake during the day to socialize and look at the world. She sleeps well at night in her crib. Usually about a 6 hour stretch, but a few nights ago she did an 8 hour stretch! Benjamin and Amy Jo. Tuesday, March 18, 2014. The Museum of Biological Diversity Open House. Last month we had a fun day wandering through the Museum of Biological Diversity. It is normally a research and teaching facility, but once a year in February, they open their doors to the public to come see all the collections and different projects they are working on. It was really crowded, but really fun. It was geared towards kids older than Stella, but she still had an absolute blast. Such a great day!

Benjamin and Amy Jo. Wednesday, May 21, 2014. Queen of the Dandelions. Stella is all about flowers. She likes to point them out, saying “wower.” For a few weeks we had lots of dandelions in our front yard. One Sunday afternoon I made dandelion crowns for Stella and a bunch of sweet little neighbor girls. They all looked like fairy princesses. Stella and Dad. Best Friends Forever.
