Lily: Are we at the sucker store? We're not at the candy store, if that's what you mean. Lily: No, the sucker store. Me: No, we're at the liquor store. Oh HAHAHA, I get it. We're at the "licker" store, not the sucker store. And one day Lily was being lazy and didn't feel like walking all the way up the stairs. Lily: Can you carry me, mom?

We flew into Kelowna and spent just over a week in Vernon, then headed to the Fraser Valley and stayed just under a week there, flying out of Vancouver. The Grandparents (and Great Grandparents! Davis Howard Glass Hastings arrived Monday May 3rd at 10:58 pm, weighing 6 lbs, 5 oz and measuring 18.5 inches long. He is absolutely perfect and a peaceful little gent. He's also quite the talker, even at 24 hours old. We are completely smitten!
